Christine Lombardo BSN, RN, MS is the Chief Operating and Nursing Officer of UPMC Home Healthcare which provides home health and hospice services across Western and Central Pennsylvania. In her current role, she provides overall operational management and oversees the functions of the Regional Vice Presidents of Clinical Operations. Ms. Lombardo has been with UPMC Home Healthcare since its inception in 1999, providing leadership and facilitation in its expansion to over 40 counties in the Commonwealth.

Ms. Lombardo previously served as the organization’s Vice President of Compliance and has over fourteen years of acute care experience in progressive roles in medical and behavior settings including being certified as a biofeedback therapist.

Significant experience with post-acute strategic planning, acquisitions and mergers, and culture transformation. She has been instrumental in the development of integrative and standardized delivery models and best practice development.

Ms. Lombardo has participated on NAHC financial management committee and served as a regulatory committee chairperson for a national home health network consortium. She is a member of PONL and AONE and serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Homecare Association.
