UPMC Passavant

Lisa Bryan-Morris is the Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President, Patient Care Services at UPMC Passavant. She is Board Certified in Nursing Administration and has worked with UPMC in various progressive roles since 2000.

Formerly, Ms. Bryan-Morris was the Director of Nursing at UPMC Passavant and Clinical Director at UPMC East, where she led teams to make impressive strides in patient satisfaction and HCAHPS results.

Ms. Bryan-Morris serves as UPMC Passavant’s executive champion for the Human Rights Campaign’s Healthcare Equality Index and as an executive coach for the UPMC Nursing Talent Round Up.

She is a 2018 graduate of the UPMC Leadership Development Intensive and is a standing guest speaker for the Leadership Intensive for Westmoreland County Business Leaders.

Ms. Bryan-Morris holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh (1997) and a Master of Science in Nursing from Waynesburg University (2007).
