UPMC Susquehanna

Ms. Beucler is Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of UPMC Susquehanna. She has thirty-four years of healthcare experience with 20 years in nursing administration.

Ms. Beucler’ s former role of Executive Director of Surgical Services has been incorporated into her present position where she continues to administratively lead the service line. In addition she is the corporate sponsor of the following service lines: PM&R, Robotics, Gastroenterology, Anesthesia, Inpatient Pharmacy, and Infection Control.

Ms. Beucler has been a past recipient of two IHI awards for outstanding clinical process improvement; published in several journal articles; and has presented nationally, including HIMSS in spring 2015.

She is a board certified nurse executive with a Masters in Nursing Management from The Western Connecticut State University, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut, and completed the Wharton Executive Nursing Leadership Program.

She is a Board Certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and active member of the Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders, American Operating Room Nurses, and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.

Ms. Beucler is a recipient of the Susquehanna Health Distinguished Servant Leader Award.
